The service was great.
Lazy staff. Much more interested in chatting with each other, then helping customers. A floor manager that did didn't have any actual power.
The store assistant unreasonably refused to assist me. The shoes that i am interested in purchasing only had one left in store and also a display shoe, which the right display shoe fit a bit loose. The left shoe fit perfectly fine. That's why i am asking him to place an online order. He refused to do so no matter how many times i have asked. I wish the manager could look into improving the customer service in this store. You may have good deals/discounts, but would surly lose business with poor service.
I just don't need shoes right now... And there are a lot of shoe stores in this mall.
