This store would be great if the customer service wasn't so terrible. I am referring to only one lady in particular. If you have children, she will stalk them like they're her prey - even if they are behaving perfectly. She is constantly giving everyone the "evil eye". And if you actually need her assistance, be prepared to put up with a lot of huffing and puffing and eye rolling! I don't understand why people who hate other people work in customer service. I drive quite the distance to shop here and I'd rather not have to put up with this woman. There have even been a few times that I have just decided to not even go inside because I could see through the window that she was working. And believe me - they want my business - my immediate family alone consists of 6 people and I would buy EVERY winter item from this store if I didn't have to think twice about whether that lady may be working or not. Next time I see her, I might just tell her off. The other workers aren't the friendliest either, but if you need help, I'd suggest just figuring it out yourself or going somewhere else.
