Good service and they actually have factory refurb units for cheaper than you find elsewhere. Staff was helpful and not pushy.
Minimal selection. Great layout but poor service or understanding of product. Know what you need.
I bought a VERY EXPENSIVE stereo system and the controller the sold me at the same time is NOT COMPATIBLE with it according to the Bose factory customer support! I drove over two hours to this store because I thought they would be trained and knowledgeable about the product they are selling. After doing extensive online research prior to my purchase and asking informed questions at the store the answers they had were either they didn't know or very generic. Now I have to drive over 2 hours to make a return. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND JUST RESEARCH ONLINE AND BUY FROM BEST BUY OR AMAZON!!!!
The guys in here are great! I told them about how my headphones stopped working and they told me to bring them in. When I brought them in they exchanged them with very little hassle. You have to love Bose and there great customer service!
