The employees here are so rude if you don't like your job find a different one. They have poor customer service skills.At age 50 you should know how to treat people. Had to choose one Star by choice. Thanks to kohls Cash your job can open the door for you.
Their clearance items are always great and if you shop their sales you can get good deals. Since they've remodeled the store, their prices seem to be higher. I don't care for some of the new designers they carry. They have a great return policy.
Being a mother of 3, I rarely treat myself and most of my money goes for my children. During black Friday sales this year I had earned some Kohls cash. I decided to treat myself for a change and went online to order myself a black Columbia fleece jacket which I've wanted forever. There were 18 different color options to choose from, I chose black (obviously a very common color). I put in the order and to avoid the $8 shipping charge I chose the pickup option. A few hours later I got an email saying my black Columbia fleece was ready to be picked up. My oldest daughter had some running around to do of her own so I asked her to pick it up while she was out. When she came home, the Columbia fleece that she had was a dark gray in color rather than black. I checked the tag, which labeled it as a "charcoal" color. I immediately went online to see if I had made a mistake when I ordered but no I had not. I had chosen the color black. There was also a charcoal option on the website, but my order was specifically for the color black. I immediately called the store and was told to just bring it in and it could be exchanged. The fleece was taken back immediately and suddenly I'm being told they don't carry the color black....... really? Not simply, "hey we don't have it in stock right now, we'll have to order it and have it shipped here for you to pick up", but a point blank "we don't carry the color black". Really? Because your website says you do and being that black is pretty much one of the most common clothing colors in the world, I highly doubt that you don't carry it or have a means to get it when your website offers it as an option. Rather than helping to get the correct color from them they suggested that I go to the Columbia store instead. Who sends their customers to another store? The reason I ordered it from YOUR store was because I had Kohls cash available. If I wanted to pay full price I would have went to the Columbia store to begin with.
This is a newer Kohl's store & it's set up is phenomenal! I love this store because the employees are always super nice and very helpful. It's clean and well organized and the selection of merchandise is awesome. This is my favorite Kohl's store!
Dirty store. Terrible customer service. Different answers depending on who you talk with. Incompetent employees. Would not honor the 30% discount we previously used to buy pants even with an even exchanged because "that sale was over." Which makes sense if we wanted new items, but we wanted the exact same pant in a different size. Also will not give me my cash back when I paid with kohls charge to get the discounts, then paid off immediately with debit despite having all receipts to show this fact. According to over the phone customer service they should have given me the option of my cash back or store credit. So again useless.
