I've used the automatic bay and the self-service bays---both are great. I like that the automatic bay takes credit cards. And I like that it's right next to the freeway--easy off and easy on.
HORRIBLE! When I got back to work I got out to look at my car it looks horrible. The doors have streaks down them where the salt was it's like I took the garden hose to clean my car. I will never go back! :(
Horrible experience! "Rick" the car wash manager LIVES AT THIS CARWASH IN THE OFFICE!! He will be the white haired/bearded santa clause looking fellow that well talk you you. He has a dog companion that lives here as well. This place is a glorified homeless shelter. The worst part is the man will not leave you alone when you come to visit! He will tell you about how the owner loses money on every wash and how that he always needs to work on the "rocker arms". To top that off be prepared to sit in long lines because Rick likes to close bays after cleaning them so that he does not have to clean them again that day. Place is a absolute joke! I can't believe Johnson Creek PD has not kicked him out of living here as it has been well over 5 years! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
You suck because don't take care of a car wash
Stay away from the automatic carwash. Paid $10 for the ultimate wash and it totally missed the back side of the car. After complaining, the worker said we must have done it wrong. How do you use an automatic carwash incorrectly?
